Spaghetti Bolognese

How to make Spaghetti Bolognese

Prep Time: 10 minutes        |        Cook Time: 20 - 25 minutes        |        Serves: 3 - 4

Ingredients

  • 500g Ironbark pork and beef mince
  • 300g Remano spaghetti
  • 500g Remano bolognese pasta sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Stonemill finely crushed garlic
  • 1 cup diced capsicum
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish

Method

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and brown the mince, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium and add onion, garlic and capsicum. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Pour in the bolognese pasta sauce. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti through the mince mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
