Spaghetti Bolognese
How to make Spaghetti Bolognese
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 - 25 minutes | Serves: 3 - 4
Ingredients
- 500g Ironbark pork and beef mince
- 300g Remano spaghetti
- 500g Remano bolognese pasta sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Stonemill finely crushed garlic
- 1 cup diced capsicum
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Method
- Cook the spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain well and set aside.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and brown the mince, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add onion, garlic and capsicum. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Pour in the bolognese pasta sauce. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti through the mince mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
