Air Fryer Cornflake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups Kellogg’s gluten free corn flakes, crushed
- ½ cup Westacre Dairy butter, softened
- ½ cup White Mill caster sugar
- 1 Lodge Farms egg
- 1 tsp White Mill vanilla extract
- ½ cup Choceur Milk Chocolate Bits
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C.
- In a bowl, beat softened butter and caster sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in crushed corn flakes, chocolate bits and salt until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls onto small baking paper squares and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely to firm up.
Tip: For extra crunch, leave the cookies in the turned-off air fryer for 3 minutes after cooking.
