How to make Air Fryer Honey Ginger Salmon with Sesame Greens

Ingredients
- 4 The Fishmonger salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Bramwells honey
- 1 tsp Stonemill crushed ginger
- 1 tsp Stonemill crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt Stonemill pepper, to taste
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp Stonemill sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush the honey ginger mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Toss broccoli and green beans with 1/2 to 1tbs olive oil and salt & pepper.
- Place vegetables in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salmon fillets on top of the greens and cook for another 8–10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Tip
- For a caramelised finish, brush the salmon with extra honey in the final 2 minutes of cooking.
