How to make Air Fryer Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 250 g Westacre Dairy cream cheese block, softened
- ½ cup Westacre Dairy tasty shredded cheese
- 2 tsp Stonemill crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Stonemill parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
- Stonemill pepper, to taste
- The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil spray
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, crushed garlic, parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to pack.
- Lightly spray the stuffed mushrooms with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese filling is golden.
- Serve warm.
Tip
- For a firmer filling, chill the stuffed mushrooms for 10 minutes before air frying.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley, or finely chopped rosemary after air frying for a fresh, flavourful finish.
