Air Fryer Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

How to make  Air Fryer Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

Prep Time:  10 minutes        |        Cook Time:  10 minutes        |        Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 250 g Westacre Dairy cream cheese block, softened
  • ½ cup Westacre Dairy tasty shredded cheese  
  • 2 tsp Stonemill crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Stonemill parsley flakes
  • ¼ tsp Stonemill salt  
  • Stonemill pepper, to taste
  • The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil spray

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, crushed garlic, parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to pack.
  4. Lightly spray the stuffed mushrooms with olive oil.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese filling is golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Tip

  • For a firmer filling, chill the stuffed mushrooms for 10 minutes before air frying.
  • Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley, or finely chopped rosemary after air frying for a fresh, flavourful finish.
