How to make Air Fryer BBQ Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
- 500 g Jindurra Station beef mince
- ½ cup Kellogg's gluten free corn flakes, crushed (binder)
- 1 Lodge Farms egg
- 2 tsp Stonemill onion powder
- 2 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
- Stonemill pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Colway BBQ sauce
- The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil spray
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, combine beef mince, crushed corn flakes, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll mixture into small meatballs (approximately 2 - 3cm in size)
- Lightly spray meatballs with olive oil and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in Colway BBQ sauce before serving.
Tip
- For stickier, more caramelised meatballs, brush with extra BBQ sauce in the final 2 minutes of cooking.
- Share as a snack or serve with a side of air-fried veggies or salad for a balanced meal.
