How to make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Cubes

Prep Time:  5 minutes        |        Cook Time: 18 minutes        |        Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into approximately 2cm cubes     
  • 2 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Stonemill salt  
  • Stonemill pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup Westacre Dairy parmesan cheese, finely shredded  
  • 1 tsp Stonemill parsley flakes

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and immediately toss with shredded parmesan and parsley flakes.
  5. Serve warm.

Tip

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potato cubes in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking, then pat dry thoroughly.
