How to make Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potato Cubes

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into approximately 2cm cubes
- 2 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
- Stonemill pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Westacre Dairy parmesan cheese, finely shredded
- 1 tsp Stonemill parsley flakes
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Transfer to a bowl and immediately toss with shredded parmesan and parsley flakes.
- Serve warm.
Tip
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato cubes in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking, then pat dry thoroughly.
