Air Fryer Pork Chops with Garlic Butter Recipe

How to make Air Fryer Pork Chops with Garlic Butter

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Pat pork dry with paper towel.
  3. Rub pork on both sides with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place pork into air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness, until golden and just cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile make the garlic butter drizzle. Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Swirl butter around the pan, leave to cook and bubble for 1 minute.
  7. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
  8. Stir in lemon juice and thyme or dried herbs. Cook for 1 minute.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Spoon over the chops and serve with your favourite side dish.

Tip: There’s no need to turn the pork during air frying. Allowing the pork chops to rest after cooking keeps them moist and more tender.
