How to make Beef Steak with Zesty Mustard and Rosemary Marinade

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix garlic, mustard, rosemary leaves, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Reserve some of the marinade, to serve. Marinate both sides of your steak, place in a bowl and cover with cling film and place in fridge for 2 hours minimum.
  3. Cook steak to your liking and serve with additional marinade on the side or over the steak, when serving.

Tip: Use it to slather over beef, lamb or chicken. Can be made ahead of time.
