How to Make Garlic Prawn Fettuccine


  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook as per pack instructions, until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large frypan over medium heat. Add the garlic and herb butter discs (which come with the prawns) to frypan and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until prawns are just cooked through.
  3. Add the wine and cook for another minute. If you’re not using wine, move to the next step.
  4. Toss parsley leaves and chopped anchovies through the drained pasta and season to taste.
  5. Top with cooked prawns and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
