How to make Honey Chilli Glazed Pork Chops with Peach Salsa
Method
- Combine honey, sauce and thyme in a small bowl and reserve.
- Remove the stones from peaches. Remove pith and seeds from capsicum. Cut both into a small dice and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion, coriander, lime zest and juice. Gently toss to combine.
- Preheat BBQ or char-grill. Rub the chops with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the chops over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Serve the chops with the peach salsa and lime wedges.
