How to make Honey Pork and Nectarine Skewers


  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix until combined and the oil is emulsified.
  2. Cut the pork into 3cm cubes and add to bowl. Toss to completely coat the pork pieces.
  3. Cut the nectarines into halves. Remove stones and then slice fruit into wedges. Thread pork and nectarine wedges on 8 metal or wooden skewers.
  4. Preheat BBQ or char-grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally or until the pork is cooked.
  5. For the last minute of cooking, brush with the honey.
  6. Place skewers onto a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately.
