How to make Pork Chops with Brown Sugar, Chilli and Lime Glaze

Method

  1. Heat saucepan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Dice onion, chilli and mince garlic. Add to saucepan, cook until soft.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to pan and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. 
  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly. Brush onto the pork chops and let marinate for maximum of 3 hours.
  5. Heat frypan, cook chops to your liking and drizzle with additional glaze before serving.
  6. Garnish with coriander.

Tip: This glaze is very versatile. It can be used as a marinade or glaze.
