How to Make Pork Loin Chops with Nuoc Cham
Method
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Add oil to a frypan over medium-high heat.
- Cook pork chops for 4 minutes on each side then rest for 2 minutes.
- Into a small saucepan, combine chilli, sugar, garlic, fish sauce, vinegar and lemon juice. Heat and stir until sugar has dissolved then set aside to allow to cool.
- Serve pork chops alongside nuoc cham dipping sauce.
Tip: Nuoc cham dipping sauce can be used for pork, beef and seafood. Can also be added to noodles.
