How to Make Pork Loin Chops with Nuoc Cham


  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Add oil to a frypan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook pork chops for 4 minutes on each side then rest for 2 minutes.
  3. Into a small saucepan, combine chilli, sugar, garlic, fish sauce, vinegar and lemon juice. Heat and stir until sugar has dissolved then set aside to allow to cool.
  4. Serve pork chops alongside nuoc cham dipping sauce.

Tip: Nuoc cham dipping sauce can be used for pork, beef and seafood. Can also be added to noodles.
