How to Make Pork Rolls with Coleslaw



  1. Preheat oven to 230°C/ 210°C fan-forced. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Place fries on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until fries are golden.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pulled pork to specification on the packet.
  3. Combine chilli paste and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Sandwich lettuce, pork, coleslaw and mayonnaise mixture in rolls. Serve with fries.


+ Budget tip - Use 2 shredded iceberg lettuce leaves instead of cos.
