How to make a Southern Charm Burger


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced) and cook the chicken burgers on a baking tray for 20 minutes, turning over after 10 minutes. Set aside to keep warm.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and chilli and garlic sauce together. Add more or less of the sauce, depending on your spice preference.
  3. Place a frying pan over a high heat and toast the insides of the brioche buns.
  4. Meanwhile, sprinkle pineapple with sugar and grill on medium - high heat and set aside.
  5. Lay the bun bottoms onto a board and add a dollop of the chilli garlic mayonnaise. Add the shredded cabbage and top with the warm chicken burgers.
  6. Drizzle with the glaze, top with the brioche lids and serve.

Optional: You can substitute the shredded cabbage with a few handfuls of rocket or baby spinach leaves.
