How to make Air Fryer Crunchy Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into medium sized florets (3 - 4cm)
- 2 cups Kellogg's gluten free corn flakes, crushed
- 1 Lodge Farms egg
- ¼ cup Farmdale full cream milk
- 1 tsp Stonemill garlic powder
- 1 tsp Stonemill paprika
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
- Stonemill pepper, to taste
- The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil spray
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In another bowl, combine crushed corn flakes, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the egg mixture, then into the crumb mixture, pressing to coat.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until the coating is crispy and golden.
- Serve warm.
Tip
- For extra crunch, double-coat the florets: dip in egg, then crumb, then repeat.
- Serve with a dipping sauce such as yoghurt-herb or sweet chilli for extra flavour and garnish with parsley.
