How to make  Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts

Prep Time:  5 minutes        |        Cook Time: 16 minutes        |        Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 400g Broad Oak Farms chicken breast fillets  
  • 2 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
  • 1   tsp Stonemill lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Stonemill salt  
  • Stonemill pepper, to taste  
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Stonemill mixed herbs, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking.                                        
  4. Air fry for 14–16 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and golden.
  5. Rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with mixed herbs and serve with lemon wedges.

Tip

  • For juicier chicken, pound the breasts to an even thickness before seasoning.
  • Pair with quick sides like steamed greens, a simple garden salad, or roasted veggies for a balanced meal.
