How to make Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 400g Broad Oak Farms chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Stonemill lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ tsp Stonemill salt
- Stonemill pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Stonemill mixed herbs, for garnish
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
- Air fry for 14–16 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and golden.
- Rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with mixed herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
