Garlic and Herb Pizza
How to make Garlic and Herb Pizza
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 6 – 10 minutes | Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 Bakers Life large white wraps
- 1½ cups Westacre Dairy pizza cheese
- 2 tbsp Stonemill crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Stonemill dried Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the wraps on top.
- Use a fork to pierce the wrap a few times to prevent it from bubbling during baking.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic and dried herbs.
- Spread the mixture over both wraps.
- Sprinkle the shredded pizza cheese over the wraps.
- Bake for 6-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
