Garlic and Herb Pizza

How to make Garlic and Herb Pizza

Prep Time: 5 minutes        |        Cook Time: 6 – 10 minutes        |        Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Bakers Life large white wraps
  • 1½ cups Westacre Dairy pizza cheese
  • 2 tbsp Stonemill crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Stonemill dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp The Olive Tree extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the wraps on top.
  2. Use a fork to pierce the wrap a few times to prevent it from bubbling during baking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic and dried herbs.
  4. Spread the mixture over both wraps.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded pizza cheese over the wraps.
  6. Bake for 6-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
