How to make Apple Nachos with Peanut Butter and Sultanas

Method

  1. Wash then slice the green apples and arrange on a serving plate.
  2. Put the peanut butter into the microwave for approximately 20-30 seconds, or until it starts to become a little runny.
  3. Drizzle the peanut butter over the sliced apple.
  4. Sprinkle the sultanas and coconut flakes over the top.
  5. Serve immediately.

*Tip: You can gently toast the coconut flakes first by roasting in a moderate oven, for up to 10 minutes, ahead of adding to your apple nachos.
