Method

  1. Make the dressing first. Into a blender, add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce and cracked pepper. Blend until well combined. Taste. Season with salt if desired and blend again. Set dressing aside.
  2. Into your serving bowl, add the butter leaf blend. Remove seed from avocado and slice. Top lettuce with avocado. Place anchovy fillets around the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with your creamy parmesan dressing.
  4. Garnish with grated parmesan and serve immediately.

Tip: The creamy parmesan dressing can be stored in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for several days.
