How to Make Cucumber and Mango Chow


  1. Thinly slice the onion into rings and place in a mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic, chilli, lime juice and salt.
  2. Peel and slice the mangoes.
  3. Halve the cucumber lengthways and scoop out seeds. Thinly slice the cucumber and add to the onion mixture along with the mango.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.
  5. When ready to serve, season with black pepper and sprinkle with coriander.
