How to Make Five Bean Salad

Method

Combine and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.

Ingredients

1 x 420g can five bean mix, drained and rinsed
1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 x 330g jar asparagus spears, drained and cut in thirds
1 small red onion, chopped
1 capsicum, sliced thinly
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
