How to make Garlic and Sesame Chick Peas
Method
- Lightly toast sesame seeds in a dry frypan, moving continuously, so as not to burn. Remove and wipe pan with paper towel.
- Drain chick peas and add to a medium-sized bowl.
- Add ½ the oil to frypan and gently fry until cooked and slightly golden.
- Add chick peas and sesame seeds to the pan and toss until completely coated.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
