How to make Garlic and Sesame Chick Peas


  1. Lightly toast sesame seeds in a dry frypan, moving continuously, so as not to burn.  Remove and wipe pan with paper towel.
  2. Drain chick peas and add to a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add ½ the oil to frypan and gently fry until cooked and slightly golden.
  4. Add chick peas and sesame seeds to the pan and toss until completely coated.
  5. Serve warm as a side dish.
