How to Make Gazpacho


  1. Place gourmet tomatoes, capsicum, cucumbers, garlic, chilli, olive oil, vinegar and salt into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt as needed.
  2. Slice Bellino tomatoes into halves.
  3. Serve gazpacho in bowls and top with tomato halves, chives and cracked black pepper.
