How to make Healthy Ranch Dip


  1. Add yogurt, spring onion, lemon juice, dijon mustard, parsley and crushed garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Season with pepper.
  2. Whisk until well combined. Check for seasoning.
  3. Ranch dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  4. If looser consistency is required, say for salad dressing, add 2 tablespoons of water to the mixture. This can then be used for salads or marinades.
