How to make Hot Smoked Salmon with Chive Yogurt Dressing


  1. Place the garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add a little water to make the consistency of cream.
  2. Stir through half of the chopped chives.
  3. Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and add the snow peas. Cook for 1 minute or until bright green and just cooked. Cool under cold water and drain.
  4. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. Add the snow peas and cucumber. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and gently toss with the salad.
  5. Drizzle with the yogurt dressing and sprinkle with remaining chives.
