Lemon and Feta Grilled Asparagus Recipe

How to make Lemon and Feta Grilled Asparagus


  1. Rinse asparagus and cut off the woody ends.  
  2. Heat a grill pan on a medium to high heat. Lightly spray with oil. Place asparagus in pan, turning occasionally. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a small frypan and add pine nuts, moving around the pan to toast. Remove when golden.
  4. Season asparagus with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and place on a platter.
  5. Sprinkle over feta, lemon zest and pine nuts. Serve with your meal.
