How to make Pebre Salsa


  1. Add tomatoes, onions, olive oil and red wine vinegar to a medium-sized bowl. Gently combine. Add in coriander, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Add chillies, or jalapeños, if using. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Let sit for at least 4 hours to let the flavours combine.

Tip: Goes well with our Corn and Basil Empanadas or with any barbecued meat and fish.
