How to make Prawn Cocktail Bruschetta


  1. Make the sauce first. Mix the mayonnaise with salt, pepper and lemon juice. If using garlic chilli sauce, add in now and mix together. Taste and season with more lemon juice, if required.
  2. Preheat a chargrill to high. Grill both sides of the bread until nicely coloured, then brush with oil.
  3. Top with the lettuce and avocado. Place the prawns on top and drizzle with the sauce. Lightly dust with paprika and serve with lemon slices.

Tip: If you prefer a mild sauce, try the cocktail sauce that comes in the prawn pack.

Optional: You can also serve this as a salad.
