Granola Cups with Yogurt and Berries Recipe

How to make Granola Cups with Yogurt and Berries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan-forced). Line the base and sides of 4 x 10cm tart tins with baking paper.
  2. Place the granola, coconut oil and honey together into a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  3. Place a quarter of the mixture into each of the lined tart tins. Use the back of a spoon to pat the mixture evenly to cover the sides and base.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from oven and gently press down again with the back of a spoon to compress the mixture. Leave to cool in the tins.
  5. Once cooled, carefully remove from the tins and top with yogurt, berries and a drizzle of honey. Top with edible flowers (optional) and serve.

Tips: Try using maple syrup instead of honey.

You can also substitute the berries for other fruits, such as sliced bananas, peaches or plums.
