How to Make a Melon Smoothie Bowl


  1. Peel and cut the bananas into 3cm pieces. Place in a single layer on a baking tray along with the berries. Freeze for 6 hours, overnight or until frozen.
  2. When ready to serve, wash rockmelon and cut in half. Remove seeds. Place frozen banana pieces, berries and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. 
  3. Spoon frozen smoothie mixture into the melon halves. Sprinkle with the muesli and dried cranberries.
  4. Garnish with edible flowers, if using. Serve any excess smoothie in a separate bowl or freeze in an air-tight, plastic container.
