Cream and Caramel Easter Eggs

Method

  1. Place white chocolate into a bowl and heat for 1 minute at first then 30 second intervals after that until melted and smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Add eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in melted chocolate and beat very briefly, just until the chocolate has combined.
  5. Cut the tops of Easter eggs before filling with the chocolate mixture.
  6. Place in fridge to set overnight.
  7. Before serving drop a small spoon of the caramel filling into the center of each egg.
