How to make Sweet and Salty Fig Toast with Pistachios

Method

  1. Spread the seed bread slices with 1 tablespoon of the cottage cheese each. Top with 3-4 slices of fresh figs.
  2. Drizzle with the honey and olive oil and sprinkle with the pistachios and a pinch of sea salt.

Optional: You can replace the cottage cheese with cream cheese or ricotta cheese.
