Spicy Peanut, Sesame and Chilli Dressing Recipe

How to make Spicy Peanut, Sesame and Chilli Dressing

Method

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry frypan, moving regularly so they don’t burn. Toast for 5-8 minutes, until lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Finely chop peanuts and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk or blend the peanut butter, garlic, chilli garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame seeds together with 75ml water, until smooth.
  4. To serve as a condiment, add to a serving bowl. Drizzle with more chilli sauce and top with chopped peanuts.

Tip: You can omit the chilli if you prefer a milder sauce.

Optional: To make it a salad dressing, simply add more water to thin it out.
