How to make Ham Pockets


  1. Prepare your filling and lay out a sheet of greaseproof paper.
  2. Lay each piece of ham out flat, on greasproof paper.
  3. Arrange lettuce, cheese and apple in centre of ham slice.
  4. In an envelope fashion, fold in the sides so that they overlap, then fold the bottom behind, leaving top open.
