Salmon & Mixed Bean Salad

Method 

  1. Cook green beans in a medium saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes or until tender; drain. Refresh under cold water; drain.
  2. Combine green beans, salmon, bean mix, eschalot, radish, olives, spinach, tomato and dressing in a large bowl. Serve.
